The Purpose of the Easy Language Project is to create a Language that can be used as a stepping stone for the End User into the Developer. It’s designed to be fully taught within 6 hours.
It’s a Third Class .NET Language, which means that though it can Consume .NET Types specially created for it, but can’t create types of it’s own.
It’s a Dynamically Typed Language, with the best of the OOP Languages, Procedural Languages as well as Functional Languages. It’s influenced and is similiar to many mainstream Languages, such as C#, C, VB.NET, Python, Ruby and lots of Other Languages.
The Language is in it’s very early stages, so this site is intended for Geeks only as of now. A Non-Geek Version would be established soon, as soon as atleast a prototype version of the Compiler is available.
The Concept of the Language was formed by Yuvi, with Significant Design Discussion and the Grammer Definition by Aswin Anand.
